EXPRESS DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK – £9.95

As long as the item(s) are in stock, orders placed by noon can be delivered the next day. Please note that we are unable to offer this service at weekends, or on items marked with a lorry.

DELIVERY OF HEAVY GOODS ORDERS TO MAINLAND UK ADDRESSES

Heavy items (items marked with a lorry), will be delivered separately by our nominated carriers at the standard charge of £4.95 to all UK mainland addresses and will take up to 18 days for delivery if the item(s) is in stock. Our carriers will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Please note that our carriers will unwrap and remove the packaging, and place the product(s) in your room of choice. They will assemble all items marked FLAT PACKED. If, however, the delivery is unsuccessful (for instance, you are not at the place of delivery at the agreed time, or because of the size of the goods they cannot be delivered into your home) a £50 charge may be levied. Certain areas (Scottish Isles and Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, EU and other countries) will incur an additional charge and items can take up to 40 days to deliver.

DISPOSAL OF FURNITURE (FOR HEAVY GOODS ITEMS)

For delivery of items marked with a lorry within the M25, we can now offer a disposal service of the equivalent piece of furniture in your home. This will be charged at £25 per piece. For more details, please call 0844 815 7380.

UNDERSTANDING OUR MEASUREMENTS

We measure in metric lengths. We use the Width measurement first for the longest part of the item (e.g. the front of a sofa), followed by the Depth (being the measurement from front to back), with the Height measurement last. For conversions, see table below:
