Can I place a trade order online?
At present trade orders can not be processed on line, we have a dedicated trade department that is available to take your orders.

How do I qualify for a trade discount?
To qualify for a trade discount you must fulfill the following criteria:
- Be an interior designer, architect, property developer or a business related to interiors.
- VAT registered.
- Complete the online trade application form and fulfill the requested criteria.
Can International trade clients apply?
International clients can apply for a trade account.
Can I purchase items in any of your showrooms?
There is a dedicated Trade department based in our flagship store in Chelsea who specialise in dealing with our trade clients. However you are able to order items in any of our retail showrooms, as long as you present your OKA trade membership card.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes OKA does ship internationally. A quotation for shipping can be given once a confirmed order has been placed.
How do I pay for my order?
Once we have processed your order we will issue a proforma invoice which will require payment within 5 working days. Payments can be made via debit or credit cards. We do accept American Express, however we do not accept maestro or solo. Bank transfers can also be made. Please contact our Trade department for details. Any order over £15,000 should be settled by bank transfer. We do not accept cheques.
Do you charge VAT?
Vat is charge at the standard Government rate, currently 20%.
What is your return policy?
RETURNS POLICY – ONLINE AND MAIL ORDER PURCHASES
We hope you will love your OKA purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or you’re not entirely satisfied, please notify us within 7 days by telephone of your intention to return the product(s). We ask that you return products to us unused, in their original packaging with any tamper seals intact. You will be entitled to a refund or replacement if returned products (with a completed returns form) reach us within 28 days. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.
Heavy goods items can be taken away at the point of delivery free of charge, but if you subsequently decide to return the products, it may take up to 28 days for collection (40 days for more remote areas) and a charge of £50 will be made. Non-heavy goods can also be returned to any of our shops – however you will be required to provide a completed returns form before a refund or exchange is given. Please note that heavy goods cannot be returned to the shops. Please call our customer services department on 0844 815 7380 to arrange returns of heavy goods. Refunds will only be given provided we receive a completed returns form.
Replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received at our warehouse
OKA do not give refunds on the following items:
- Items returned after 28 days.
- Items without a completed returns form.
- Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 7 days.
- Curtains that have been gathered,cut or altered.
- Bespoke curtains.
- Gift Vouchers. (This does not affect your statutory rights)
How long will it take to receive my order and how much is delivery?
Items from the OKA range can be delivered anywhere.
Items referred to as light or small items will be dispatched via Parcel Force. Therefore, unfortunately we are unable to announce deliveries.

STANDARD DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK – £4.98
Allow five working days for delivery of standard parcelforce items if they are in stock.
EXPRESS DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK – £9.95
As long as the items are in stock, orders placed by noon can be delivered the next day. Please note that we are unable to offer this service at weekends, or on items marked with a lorry.

DELIVERY OF HEAVY GOODS AND FRAGILE ITEMS TO MAINLAND UK ADDRESSES
Fragile items will be delivered separately by our nominated carriers at a standard charge of £4.98 per order to the majority of UK mainland addresses and will take up to 15 days for delivery if the item is in stock.
Heavy items requiring two man delivery will be charged a maximum of £30.00 per order to the same address even if the order is split into more than one delivery and will take up to 15 days for delivery if the item is in stock. Our carriers will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
Please note that orders over £4000 for delivery in the United Kingdom will be delivered free. Please note that our carriers will unwrap and remove the packaging, and will place the product(s) in your room of choice. They will assemble all items marked FLAT PACKED.
If, however, the delivery is unsuccessful (for instance, you are not at the place of delivery at the agreed time, or because of the size of the goods they cannot be delivered into your home) a £50 charge may be levied. Certain areas (Scottish Isles and Highlands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, EU and other overseas countries) will incur an additional charge and items can take up to 40 days to deliver.
Do you offer swatches of fabric, wood, and rug samples?
Most of our fabrics are available as swatches. Please contact the Trade department.
How do I update my account??

Will I receive my trade discount on any sale/promotional items?
No further discount will be given on any sale/promotional items.
