How do I pay for products?
Paying for items online is simple. During the checkout process you will be asked to supply credit or debit card details. The following cards are accepted:
Can I get a refund on my order?
We hope you will love your OKA purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, provided you notify us within 7 days and return it to us within 28 days unused and in its original packaging and in perfect condition, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement.
Please note that we do not give refunds on:
- Items returned after 28 days.
- Items without a completed returns form.
- Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 7 days.
- 100ml emulsion paint sample.
- Curtains that have been gathered,cut or altered.
Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. (This does not affect your statutory rights.) The above terms and conditions are applicable to Web Orders only. Our Retail Terms and Conditions are listed at our outlets.

For delivery of items outside the UK please telephone 0870 160 6002 for a quotation.
When and how do you deliver?
You should allow 14 days for standard orders and 28 days for heavy item deliveries before contacting us on 0870 160 6002. Please note that as we dispatch from 2 separate warehouses, some orders of more than 1 item may arrive at different times.
Unless we have stated otherwise in writing, delivery dates are not guaranteed, although OKA make every reasonable effort to deliver the goods by any quoted delivery date.
